Located on reclaimed land in Sunny Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong Disneyland Park is the 11th Theme Park organized by Disneyland International Cooperation and is the first theme park modeled the Disneyland Resort In California (including the Sleeping Beauty Castle). The theme park covers an area of 126.82 hectares. It is the world's 5th Disneyland and the world's smallest Disneyland. Hong Kong MTR has opened dedicated railway Disney line between Sunny Bay Station and Disneyland Resort Station which is the world's second railway line to and from Disneyland.

Facilities in Hong Kong Disneyland
Hong Kong Disneyland has some unique attractions, two Disney theme hotels, and colorful shopping, eating and entertainment facilities. There are four main parts in the park: Main Street U.S.A, Fantasy land, Tomorrow land and Adventure land. The theme park's cast members use English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin dialects, to communicate verbally. Guide Maps are printed in both Traditional and Simplified characters, Japanese, and in English.

In addition to the well-known classic Disney stories and recreation facilities, Hong Kong Disneyland has designed some Hong Kong local characteristic recreation facilities, entertainment and cruise which is to match up with Hong Kong's cultural characteristics. In the theme park, you can also find a Disney cartoon characters Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Mulan, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty Princess, etc.
